Mrs. Claudia Bunkenborg (Dipl.-Ing) is a mechanical engineer by profession and also holds MBA in business management. She is the pivotal point upon which Nehlsen Ghana limited was built and has contributed immensely to its sustainability. She is the deputy C.E.O of Nehlsen Group of Companies with over 60 branches worldwide and its headquarters in Bremen-Germany. She doubles as the managing director of Nehlsen International (responsible for all contracts and new business development and implementation.

Elvis Owusu-Adansi Junior (MSc.-Ing.) is a Process and Renewable Energy Engineer with over 12 years of working experience in the waste management renewable energy sector, 5 years were in senior management positions in Europe and West Africa. He holds a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Process Engineering and Energy Technology and a Higher National Diploma(HND) in Mechanical Engineering(production option). His core expertise is in business and project development, waste-to-energy power plants, thermal plants, solar (utility scale), plant engineering and waste management. Elvis co-ordinates all technical studies associated with the feasibility study and review business development imperatives related with the strategic approach in realizing the set goals of Nehlsen Ghana Limited and its subsidiaries. He currently serves as Managing Director of Nehlsen Ghana Ltd and Nehlsen WtE Power Plant limited which is soon to start construction of its first plant in Tema and other three locations in Ghana.
